Each set of notes covers a single site. What runs there, which failure modes tend to show up on that equipment, and what continuous monitoring has caught on the same assets at other plants.

Why these exist

Most plants already know their weak assets. What they usually do not have is coverage between checks. A route catches what is failing on the day someone walks it, and a slow-speed bearing or a drifting temperature can develop for months in between.

Rather than send the same overview to everyone, I write up the specific site: the equipment that matters there, and the real cases where that same equipment was caught before it stopped a line.

Three or four asset types that site runs, each with a real failure we found elsewhere and what it saved. Figures are reported by the customer, using their own cost of downtime.
